Andy's the boss when steve is missing and does a good job of it too. He looks after everything at the Bristol end and deals with staff as well as all that paper stuff.

Splits his time between roped access work (industrial abseiling), creating websites and slacking. Slacking usually takes the form of paragliding, climbing, mountain running etc. Its all about the flow, man... Favourite flavour: PB'nana
